With IRS2Go, you can check the status of your tax return. The best time to track your return depends on how it was submitted.
E-File Returns – can be checked within 24 hours after the IRS receives your return
Mailed Returns – can be checked (4) weeks after mailing your paper return

Direct Pay – is free, secure way to pay directly from your bank account
Credit or Debit Card – makes credit card or debit card payments through an approved payment processor
